Kitz and Associates is a great place to work. I left Coldwell Banker in 2002 and came over to this office. It has been a very positive change. My business took off after I made the change because I was proud of this office. Greg is thoughtful about the agents he hires, so we have a very professional office. I enjoy the agents I work alongside. Greg also is great about continuing training. Every Tuesday we have an in office training and it is very helpful for my business even though I am a seasoned agent.

Greg also cares about his agents and gives us lots of tools to help us be successful. Greg is a creative broker and our office does different thing. For example, the Splash Water park party is the highlight of my year. I always get referrals and my sphere of influence feels appreciated. It is something different that Greg offers and my business grows because of it.
