As
a new agent I interviewed with a lot of brokers looking for
just the right fit. As soon as I met Kitz I knew this was
a place where I not only would be welcomed, but would be motivated
and trained to be the best. Kitz has not let me down. He is
compassionate, enthusiastic and personally and professionally
