I can only begin to tell you how much I love working for Kitz
& Associates! When I first decided to get my license I
interviewed with several of the major players in the brokerage
industry, and finally concluded I wanted to work for a smaller
company where I would get more individual attention to help
me get started. I wanted to be a person to a broker, not just
a number. After spending an afternoon with Kitz I decided
to give Kitz & Associates a try.
Five years ago, I became the company’s
very first agent! In that time, I have been treated like royalty,
and have never even considered working for anyone else. Kitz
would sometimes come to my house when it was convenient to
help explain contracts I was working on, he always returned
my calls promptly, would be available to meet me at the office
when need be, explained the answers to questions in terms
I could understand, and generally made me feel like I wanted
to do more and better than what I was doing.
If you’ve interacted with him at all,
you know that Kitz believes relationship is the key to successful
business. It is GREAT working for a guy like that. Real estate
has been the perfect job for me, and I can’t say thank
you enough to Kitz for the wonderful work environment he has
provided for me. You will be far more successful in your career
if you enjoy who you work for – you won’t be disappointed
