I couldn't be happier with the support and attention that
Kitz gave me as a new agent. I interviewed a lot of brokers
before I joined Kitz & Associates and I got the impression
that I was just another number in the system who could be
relied upon for monthly desk fees. After finishing the course
and passing the licensing exam, I was confident with my understanding
of real estate laws, but nervous about my ability to find
business and become a successful broker. The other brokers
were vague when I asked them about the education and training
they provide for new agents. Kitz told me upfront exactly
what training would involve and he delivered. And it's not
just Kitz I'm learning from. All the agents in the office,
both new and experienced, go out of there way to answer questions
and brainstorm great ideas for generating business. I can't
imagine not being part of the Kitz and Associates team.
